addicted to Craiglist, it may be more poetic, I took it as a challenge. after posting a mattress for sale the spelling test said "bedrocks the" _________.

He raised the hammer
but missed
his fingers no longer
attached to his hands
he watched them scurry
along the wall
he had a vision
but it was not like this
he swore it was
between the powdered lines
and melted spoons
she watched him
raise the sickle
and as it sliced
his mumbled
"hey"
underdeveloped
whiskey lips
the bed rocked
but the bed bugs
didn't come out to play.
